AGI - Il Capo dello Stato, Sergio Mattarella, alle 13 ha votato al plesso Piazzi di Palermo. Il Presidente della Repubblica ha scambiato qualche parola con gli scrutatori e stretto la mano al presidente di seggio della sezione numero 535, Fabrizio Ferro. Applausi all'esterno del seggio mentre Mattarella lasciava il plesso Piazzi. "Presidente è il nostro orgoglio" e tanti applausi è l'accoglienza che i palermitani hanno riservato al presidente. Il Capo dello Stato ha scambiato qualche parola con gli scrutatori e stretto la mano al presidente di seggio della sezione numero 535, Fabrizio Ferro, senza rilasciare dichiarazioni alla stampa. Applausi all'esterno mentre Mattarella lasciava il plesso Piazzi. Alle 12 nella sezione 535 avevano votato in 173 su 963.
